Eric will ask about your background — how long you've been training, what you've done, what's worked, and what's caused problems. This is the foundation everything else gets built on.

Where you are right now

Current limitations, injuries, lifestyle factors, how much time you realistically have. Not what you wish was true — what's actually true. That's what a good programme is built around.

Whether custom is the right fit

If the All-Access tier is actually what you need, Eric will tell you. If custom is right, you'll leave the call knowing exactly which tier makes sense and what happens next.

The programme has to fit the person. Not the other way around.
