I'm a personal trainer, movement specialist, and holistic health coach with over 15 years of experience working with people who are serious about their functional ability and longevity — people who demonstrate a deep desire to look, move, and feel like an athlete.
A truly healthy body should be the byproduct of a disciplined, grateful mind — not of destructive self-criticism, comparison, and self-punishment.
The Stunt Background
I trained for three years as an actor and later as a stunt performer — work that required my body to move and function at a high level, not just look strong.
When being injured means you don't work, you learn fast what functional movement actually means. Stunt work doesn't reward looking strong. It demands being strong, mobile, stable, and controlled under pressure.
This background revealed to me that mastery of movement complexity — combining multiple disciplines of exercise conditioning — is the path to creating the most functional kind of human. A body built for battle on a lifelong journey of learning, curiosity, skill development, and self-discipline.
That experience is the foundation of how I coach. Longevity isn't a bonus goal. It's the whole point.
