Eric Higgins Coaching
Programming for the experienced man in his 30s and 40s who still has high standards for his body — and is training for the next 20 years, not just next month.
Move better. Train with purpose.
The Real Problem
You've been training for years. You know what you're doing in the gym.
But the joints complain in ways they didn't before. Recovery takes longer. You sit at a desk most of the day and you can feel it — in your hips, your posture, the way your lower back loads when you deadlift.
The way you trained at 25 isn't working at 38. And nobody builds programmes for the man in the middle — too experienced for beginner content, not trying to become an elite athlete.
That's exactly who I built this for.
See the ProgrammesThe Approach
Most programmes treat mobility as a warm-up — bolted on before the real work. Every session I design is built from the ground up around movement quality, stability, and skill. The goal isn't just to train hard now. It's to still be training at the same level in 20 years.
Integrated Strength
Strength work built on a foundation of movement quality. You lift more, break less, and the gains transfer to real life.
Functional Movement
The patterns your desk job is breaking down — rebuilt and reinforced in every session, not treated as an afterthought.
Built for Longevity
Training that compounds over decades. The right balance of load and recovery so you're not just strong now — you're still moving well at 55, 60, and beyond.
The goal isn't to peak. It's to keep going.
Two Ways to Work With Me
One is built for independence. Two give you direct access to Eric. All built on the same methodology.
All-Access
The complete programme. Strength, functional movement, and mobility integrated into one system — built for your body as it is now, not as it was.
Custom — Standard
Eric designs your programme around your movement history, schedule, and goals. Adjusted as you go. Not a template with your name on it.
Custom — Premium
Everything in Standard, plus an initial consultation and four monthly 1:1 sessions. The highest level of direct involvement available.

Results
"Don't compare your chapter 5 to someone's chapter 20. Eric's programme met me exactly where I was — and I've been moving forward ever since."
James R.
41 — Finance Director, All-Access
"Every master was once a disaster. Tight hips, bad shoulder, avoiding half the movements I used to do. Three months in, I'm back doing everything."
Mark T.
38 — Operations Manager, Custom Standard
"I can keep up with my kids again. Training 4 days a week, nothing hurts, and I'm stronger than I was five years ago. The structure makes the difference."
David K.
44 — Consultant, Custom Premium

Questions
The questions experienced trainers actually ask.
Most programmes are built for motivation, not structure. This is built around progressive systems that develop over time — the longer you're in it, the more it delivers. Your history is tracked, progress is visible, and the programming builds on itself.
Sessions are designed to run 45–60 minutes. Four days is the sweet spot, three is workable. Nothing requires two hours a day.
The All-Access programme is built around common movement restrictions. For something specific, the Custom tiers are the right fit — the programme gets designed around your actual situation, not a template.
The programme is built around whatever you have available — full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. When you join, just let Eric know your setup and the programme is built around it from day one.
The All-Access tier has a 7-day free trial. You don't pay anything until you've had a full week in it. After that, cancel anytime — no lock-in, no penalty.
Coaching Since
2010About Eric
How you think about exercise and movement determines how you feel, how you perform, and how your body holds up over time.
I'm a personal trainer and movement coach with over 15 years of experience working with people who are serious about building strong, athletic bodies for the long term. Athletes, serious gym-goers, and people who care about longevity and pain-free movement.
I trained as an actor and stunt performer — work that required my body to actually function at a high level, not just look like it does. That background taught me that longevity isn't a bonus goal. It's the whole point. I don't believe in shortcuts, quick fixes, or grinding through exhausting workouts every day. I believe in building the kind of body that performs at a high level now — and keeps performing for decades.
